Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order flowers or book a workshop on this website. Please read them before you pay.

Who we are

Sophia Lee Floristry is a small, home-based florist. You can reach us through the contact form or at hello@sophialeefloristry.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so the price shown is the price you pay; any delivery charge is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by card through SumUp, our payment provider. Your card details go to SumUp and never reach this website. Your order is confirmed when the payment has gone through and you receive a confirmation email.

Delivery and collection

We deliver only to the areas listed at checkout, on the date you choose. Collection is from Sophia's home by appointment; we confirm the time and send the address by email. Please make sure the delivery details are correct, and that someone can receive the flowers or that there is a safe place to leave them.

Flowers

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so each bouquet is a little different and may not look exactly like the photographs. If a particular flower is not available on the day, we will use something of a similar style and the same value.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Flowers are made to order for a particular day and do not keep. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and quote your order reference; if we have not started making it, we will refund you in full. If something is wrong with your flowers when they arrive, tell us the same day, with a photo if you can, and we will put it right.

Workshops

A booking is for the number of places you choose. If you can no longer come, contact us as soon as you can. If we have to cancel a workshop, we will refund you in full.
