Delivery & collection

Collection by appointment

There is no shop to walk into: collection is from Sophia's home in Leatherhead, by appointment. At checkout, choose a day and the time of day that suits you best. Sophia confirms a time by email, and that email includes the address. The address is never shown on the website.

Local delivery

Sophia delivers locally herself, bringing the flowers to the door. The areas she covers and the charge for each are listed on this page and at checkout, and the charge is shown before you pay. If no areas are listed, bouquets are for collection only for now.

Ordering in time

Every bouquet is made to order with flowers bought in for it, so each day has a time to order by. The days you can choose, and when to order by, are shown at checkout.

Days we are closed

Collections and deliveries run on the days shown at checkout. Holidays and other closed days cannot be picked.

Flowers are seasonal

Each bouquet is made from the freshest flowers available. If a particular stem is not available, Sophia will use something of the same style and value.
